Try to notice everything around you
This simply means to keep your eyes open to any new challenges and never give up on trying to draw or paint anything just because it seems too big of a challenge at first. Don’t be afraid to dig deep because there is absolutely no consequence even if you fail. The only thing that can come out of it is that you further learn and improve in terms of finding out where you failed and what you need to put more focus when you exercise drawing or painting.
This is also why it’s so good to enroll in an arts class: you will learn assessing your and others’ work much quicker and you will also learn what your teacher’s main targets are when he or she is assessing your work. Remember, creating any artwork is just beautiful and it’s a lovely hobby. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and just try your hand in any subject which you would like to learn more about.
