During the creative crisis, increase the number of fitness trainings
When you are doing arts, you will sooner or later get used to the fact that there will be some creative crisis coming around, to make you feel tired about arts as a whole. Of course there are tons of ways to battle this temporary feeling. Let’s suggest you a few of these to ensure you get out of it as soon as possible.
- Go and do some fitness training. Physical training does great for both the body and the soul and it will free you from feeling stressed or sad.
- Try to learn something new, pick up a new hobby no matter it’s in relation with arts or any other skills just learn something that makes you feel refreshed.
- Try to get back to drawing by checking out on new art styles and new inspirations.
There are many other ways for you to unplug a little bit, in order to reconnect to arts later on. Just make sure it’s a focused effort and don’t let the artist inside of you down.
